Initial Assessment
The best way to provide the highest quality level of care requires an initial meeting where family and/or client meets with our Director of Nursing who determines the Specific needs and prepares the specialized plan of care. This assessment ensures the clients receive the care they need and lead an independent life.
Continued Care Management
Every day we pay close attention to the care package designed for each individual patient and that plan is reviewed periodically with our clients. We not only provide the personal healthcare but also take care of your specific emotional needs such as social interaction, activities, conversation, appointments, and companionship.
